After placing your order please send us proof of purchase of an eligible product using one of the following methods:

1. Copy of electronic or paper receipt of purchase.
2. Screenshot of application showing the version and name of registered user.
3. Any other reasonable evidence of purchase.

Please email toor fax to +61 (0)3 5475-1888. Paper copies can be faxed or scanned and emailed. Please be sure to include your email address and order reference number.

On receipt of proof-of-purchase we will email you with ClipMagic download instructions or send your CD if requested.

If you are unable to provide proof-of-purchase we may have to reissue a refund.
