I need help with a Program

I'd like to try one of your programs on my computer, how can I do that?
You can download trial versions of our programs from our download centre, or you can request us to send you out a Catalog with all the programs on a CD - which takes a bit longer.

I've downloaded a program to try, what next?
All our programs require you to Install them. That means that you have to 'run' the setup program file that you have downloaded to make sure everything is placed on your system in the correct places and ready to allow you to try it out. To do this, locate the file you have just downloaded, and double-click it. Windows will then start the setup program, and you can follow the instruction on each screen to complete the installation

After that, you can then start the trial version of the program, some place an icon on desktop as well as in your Start Menu for easy access.

I've tried it out, what now?
Well, if you like the program, and I'm sure you do :-) You can order a registered/full copy from us here. If on the other hand, you find that it didn't suit your requirements, then you can simply uninstall the program and move on to look at alternatives.

How do I uninstall a program?
Firstly make sure that the program is not currently running.

Next, check the Start Menu for that program to see if it has an 'Uninstall' option. If so select that, and follow the prompts on screen to remove the program from your system.

If there is no such menu entry, then follow these steps... Click the Start Menu then Settings followed by Control Panel. From there select the icon Add/Remove Programs. Look through that list to find the program you were trialing, and then click on the Remove button, and once again follow the on screen prompts to remove the program from your system.
