How to Order

Telephone Orders:
+61 3 5472 4447 (from outside Australia), during Australian EST business hours, Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm and place your order using a credit card - we accept VISA, Mastercard, BankCard(Australian) and AMEX only for phone orders.

Mail or Fax Orders:
Please fax your order, or Purchase Order, form to (03) 4408-4666 (or +61 3 4408-4666 from outside Australia), or post it to PO Box 820, Castlemaine, VIC, Australia, 3450. You can pay by cheque/check, postal money order, VISA, Mastercard, BankCard(Australia only), AMEX, Bank Transfer/Wire or... anything else we can easily convert into legal tender ;-)

We will also ship C.O.D. within Australia - Note: You pay the additional C.O.D. charges on pickup from the Post Office.

Online Orders:
Our secure online ordering process is really quite straight forward. See the steps below, if you get stuck or are unsure at any time, just call or email us and we'll help you through the process.

1. When you are ready to purchase an item, simply click "add to cart" from the Orders Page, or the "buy" button at the top of each product page. A new window will appear giving you the option to continuing shopping or clicking on the "Next" button to complete your order.
2. Your cart will display the quantity, item name, description, price and GST (Tax for Australian customers only) if it pertains to your product. The GST charge will only be displayed and added into the total after your country of origin is determined.
3. At anytime during the ordering process should you wish, you can change your information simply by clicking on the “Edit Cart" or "Change Shipping" buttons.
4. You will also have the option of shipping to yourself or elsewhere.
   IMPORANT: If you are shipping to a different location please make sure you put a short comment in the comments box at the bottom of the "Checkout" screen to explain why you are doing this. Failure to do this may result in delayed processing of your order as we will have to phone you to confirm this information - part of our extensive fraud screening processes.
5. Finally, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the "Check Out" page, and your order will be submitted to us for processing.
