Ordering Details:
When you place an order with us, we store your address and contact details on our database. We only pass those contact details on to the authors of the software you have purchased so that they can provide you with after sales support, should you ever need it. Under no circumstances will we forward any other information you have provided to us, to anyone, for any reason - except police instigated fraud enquiries, of which we've only had one in the last 5+ years - who is most likely in prison by now!

Your EMail address, will not be sold or given away to any other party, for any reason... EVER.

We loathe and detest how SPAM is destroying the medium of electronic communications, and hold strongly to the belief that your EMail address should only be used to confirm ordering details, or to alert to you an important update to the product(s) you have purchased from us.

What else do we track?
When you browse our web site, the web server log files automatically capture information such as your browser type (Netscape, Internet Explorer etc), Operating system (Windows, MAC), the referring link to us (usually a search engine such as Google), and your IP address - just like almost every other site on the web. This information is only ever used to get indications of who is sending traffic to us, and what our most popular pages and files are.
